Why Actual is 0 in the report S_ALR_87013558?

i have issure IR with transaction code MIRO, but when i run S_ALR_87013558 ,the actual is 0,can you tell me how to check?

Hi Merry,

run help transaction RKACSHOW, input the involved accounting object (WBS or network activity?) and the value type '4 for actual costs. ', check the COSPA and RPSCO (double check).

If there is no record in COSPA, then there is no actual costs at all because of any reason.

If there is record in COSPA, but no record in RPSCO, then the value catatory customizing in PS is not maintained correctly. Please adjust it and run the rebuilding transaction CJEN.

If there is record in COSPA and RPSCO; then in the database layer is O.K. Some problem with display.
