There is no trip for keys <pers. no> 0000000000 000

Hi,

I tried to create a travel request via txn. TRIP. For a particular "Activity" I choose, I can't seem to "Save" or "Approve" the travel request. When I click these buttons, it prompts an error "There is no trip for keys <pers. no> 0000000000 000". I run the report RPRDETEC but there is no inconsistencies discovered. Anyone with suggestions or hints on how to resolve this ? We are on ERP6.0 EHP4. Thank you in advance.

Have u checked the Number Range "PR10"
