TO with handling units

Hi,

I'd like to know if it's possible to create a transfer order with handling units, in order to store them in a warehouse before doing the goods issue. Those handling units are created and linked to an outbound delivery.

Today, those handling units aren't items of the outbound delivery but It can change if it's necessary.

If you configure your warehouse (WM) with an HU managed storage location, then you can only store materials that are already packed to an HU in that storage location. You use transaction LT0J to create a transfer order for an HU within Warehouse Management. When you create your delivery with picking location from the HU managed storage location, the systems will pick from the oldest HU based on its Quants FIFO date, creating a transfer order to move the HU from the storage bin to the Outbound Delivery area.

As far as my understanding it is not possible.

only items are transfered,is your handling units are returnable,then create handling units as returnable packaging and then create to for material as well as handling unit.
