Hi,

Can I schedule QA16 to be executed in a batchjob? Because i want to exclude some material in the run and do manual UD. In QA10 transaction, i cant do this.

If I can execute in the background, can you tell me how?

Thanks,

Raymond

Hi

1.Go to QA17

2.Click on Create Varient

3.Give name-->for all selection screen

4.Enter plant ,Inspection type-->Enter selected set

5.save

7.select varient>click on schedule>Enter date

8.click on schedule periodically

9.enter interval

10.go back

11.click on start immediatly.

Noe check in QA18 whether scheduling is running or not.

Hi Sujit,

How can I filter for material? I want the selection in QA16to run on the back ground not QA10 selection as I want to exclude some material.

Thanks,

Raymond

You can filter material in your variant. Use the material field and use the "Multiple selection" button and selection option (F2) if needed.

Hi,

in QA17, it doesn't show filter for material.

Thanks,

sorry. wrong by me. You can have a copy of the standard insp type and use the new insp type on the material you like to do the auto UD for.

If you only want to do the auto UD for certain materials and or inspection types, can't you just use QA08 transaction to uncheck in mass, the Automatica UD indicator in the inspection type setup for those materials you don't want to run the auto UD on?
