Hi

For your qn no 1

What changes i have to make?

In the item category of Consignment fill up (i think it is KBN) you need to make delivery related billing as F8 (proforma billing type)

This needs to be done in VOV7

After this in VTFL you need to check whether copy control are properly maintained between the Consignment fill up delivery type and F8 (proforma billing type) at header level and also for item category KBN

If not there then you need to define them carefully

Then you can bill Consignment fill up with F8 proforma invoice and subsequently create excise invoice based on proforma invoice

While doing KE-Consignment Issue also i need to create normal billing.

Consignment Issue as a standard process involves normal billing and hence also in standard SAP

So no need to worry on this it is already there

In Consignment fillup process, you would do twice all the transactions but for excise invoice. That is

First Stage

a) Create fillup Order (KB)

b) Fillup Delivery (LF)

c) Create Proforma (F8)

d) Create Excise Invoice

e) Item Category KBN

f) Schedule Line Category E1

Second Stage

a) Create Issue Order (KE) referencing F8 cited above

b) Create Issue Delivery (LF) for the material pulled out from warehouse

c) Create Commercial Invoice

d) Item Category KEN

e) Schedule Line Category C0

Apart from the above, you need to maintain copy control VTLA for fillup order to delivery and issue order to delivery with the respective item categories. Similarly in VTFL for delivery to proforma and delivery to commercial invoices.
