How can we inactive SRM data source creation for BW ?

Hello,

I would like to know how can I inactive SRM data source creation for BW (version is SRM 4.0).

Initially, a BW system existed in our SAP landscape: now, BW is no more used. Nevertheless, R/3 RFC connection to this old BW system still exists in SM59 transaction (but as BW is not more linked to SRM, when we make a connection test, we have a connection error u2013 which is normal).

However, when Shopping Cart in created, approved or when PO is confirmed, we have queues:

- 0BBP_TD_SC_1,

- 0BBP_TD_SC_APPR_1,

- 0BBP_TD_CONF_1,

in SMQ1 transaction according to triggering transaction event.

Due to those unwanted outbound queues in status 'NOSEND' (because BW is nor more connected), their corresponding data entries in tables ARFCSSTATE, ARFCSDATA and TRFCQOUT are not deleted.

So, it is mandatory for the BASIS team to manually delete those objects in SMQ1 transaction.

So, what do I have to do to cancel SMQ1 creation for those outbound queues ?

Hi! Are the entries found in ECC/R3 or SRM? If they are in ECC, you can try to restrict the object in table CRMRFCPAR via SM30. There might be better ways but I can only think of this at the moment. Try it out and let me know how it goes.
