Stock stuck in 902

We are using SAP 4.6C

When checked in LS24 stock is available in 902 and in RECEIPTS

Bin with a SU assigned and batch managed.

When tried to move the SU using LT09 following error is received,

u201Cno quants in storage unitu201D.

Even other options to move stock (LT01,LT10) not working.

The analysis showed that the item is received using inbound delivery.

There were multiple items in the inbound delivery.For all the remaining

Items putaway is completed using TOu2019s.For this particular item stock

Placement ,TO creation is not completed .All TOu2019s confirmed.The PGR is completed for this inbound delivery and cannot be reversed.

Pl help to move the stock.

To my knowledge normally, Inbound deliveries are created with dynamic bins and not RECEIPTS.

Please recheck whether the item is received using inbound delivery. They might have come with some other means.
