XMII Workbench Launching problem

Hi,

We tried to access the xmii server from another network outside of our LAN. we are able to access the XMII login URL and it passes to home page. From home page, we tried to launch the workbench. First it shows Java starting, then downloading application from server. But last it throw an error saying Unable to launch the application. In details box, it showed the error as

java.io.FileNotFoundException: http://<server name>/XMII/CMSLogicEditor/iTextAsian.jar

we have iText.jar only. This is the first time this error is shown. But we are able to launch the application from our network.

How to solve htis problem?

What JRE versions are installed on client machines?

Try and re-install the complete JRE on machines.

Hi,

Please check Java version you are using and also please check the path mentioned for java home in environmental variables are set properly.
