Release forecast data to ERP system

Dear all,

I release forecast data from APO Demand Planning to an ERP system by /SAPAPO/REL_TO_OLTP.

In ERP system material has strategy "40".

Forecast data area released defining a future planning horizon; in ERP system this causes the lost of planned indipendent requirement (VSF type) in the past; the record in PBED are deleted.

Is the standard behaviuor of system?

Is it necessary to transfer all planning horizon (in the past and in the future) to mantain the PBEB record in the past?

Please help me out in resolving the issue.

Hi

As per my understanding, the past forecast doesn't get deleted automatically, only while viewing PIR you have to change the horizon into past at the initial screen of MD63.

I changed the horizon into past at the initial screen of MD63 but there are not PIR in the past (the PBED records are deleted).

Hi

Please make sure the data view supports the horizon in the past for releasing the forecast & put the planning start date also in the past for date view then check.

Make sure time series should also activated for the past horizon.
