Account 3004301 requires an assignment to a CO object

Hi,

While Doing the MIRO transaction system is giving the bellow error.

Account 3004301 requires an assignment to a CO object

Message no. KI235

Diagnosis

You have not defined a CO account assignment for an account that is relevant to cost accounting.

System Response

Account 3004301 is defined as a cost element.

This means that you must always specify a CO account assignment.

The purchase order is created with Account Assignment Category N (Network) Item S ( Third party). But in MIRO it is asking the CO object.

User doesnu2019t want to give the CO object as Cost center or Order.he wants to post the cost in Net work only.

Please help me.

so what is stopping you from assigning a network activity in MIRO?

Hi,

Purchase requisition and Purchase order is created with Account Assignment category "N". but still system is asking the CO object for that Cost element. where can i assign the Network to that Cost element...?
