Hi Gurus,
During Db Instance Intallation of PI 7.0 System, we have repeatedly encountrered ORA-01092 error.

You did not mention OS release.
Have you checked note 972262? Please search for ORA-01092.
Is it your case?
Please review also note 636475 and post some additional information from alert log.
