Transport request from QAS to PRD

Hi,

We have configured some of the reports relevant for Financial accounting in the transaction code FGI1 in the QAS system.

We need to move them to production system.

Can anyone please advise.

Hi Aravind,

Have you tried the Transport option available in the Drilldown report menu ?

However, why direct creation in QAS ? Should be done DEV and then transport to QAS and PROD.

Hi,

Created transport request in QAS and included it in 1 more request and made a copy to DEV through transport of copies option (SE09).That way I could copy the reports to DEV.

From the DEV system I have included the reports in a transport request and could transport to PRD.

This is not recommended method....but technically possible.

Ask your Basis person to change the client settings (to create new request), then change the TMS config(add new transport layer) from QAS to PRO then you will be able to transport the request.

Once again: This is not recommended method, try to follow the regular config method DEV>>QAS>>PRO
