ECC 5.0 SR1 IDES installation on Windows Server 2003 32 bits

Dears,

I am trying to install ECC 5.0 IDES on the following elements:

1. OS : Windows 2003 32 bits

2. DB: MS SQL 2000

3. SAPInst Version : 642

However, when I select the option of "central instance Installation", it asks for certain inputs in the installation screen. But, it doest not ask for the "Exports" at all!

It starts the installation if I say "start". However, it gets completed very quickly and after that if I start SAP, then it shuts down immediately after that.

Can any one help you solve this problem?

Dear Faisal,

you have to install first central instance.

then database instance then it will ask you export file.
