Transferring external requirements to SOCO

Hi All,

Please let eme know when PR is trensferred from MM to SRM,the same appears in SOCO.

Where exactly the final PO is created .Is it created in SRM or R/3.I guess its cretd in SRM and only the read only copy is available in R/3.

Please Advise.

Hi,

As mentioned earlier depending on you scenario - ECS or Classic, PO will be created either in SRM or ECC. But what is your issue ? is the PO not being created or Recs are not ending up in SoCo ? Please let me know.

hello,

in extended classic scenario, the purchase order is created in SRM and will then be replicated to the backend system (read-only copy). if it's in classic scenario, purchase order is created in the backend.

Yes,Venky you are correct,

when user create a PR in ECC, a batch run will execute daily (BBP_EXTREQ_TRANSFER) and creates SRM SOCO.

Ex profile will be set to the Purchase requisions after creation based on transfer rules(e.g. No Source of

supply, no account assignment etc) defined in ECC and will be stored in EPRTRANS table in ECC.
