saposcol is running intermittently

Good Day Experts,

Can you guide me on how to solve the issue we are facing in SAPOSCOL? The situation is this, after startfing the saposcol using this command "saposcol -l" it works fine then while checking on st06 data is there. However, after few minutes and refreshing st06 the data seems gone and I am getting this error "SAPOSCOL not running Shared Memory not available". And what I did after is that I logged off from SAP and log in again and SAPOSCOL works fine again. However after few minutes of refreshing the data in st06 seems gone again.

What I noticed is that SAPOSCOL is running intermittently in SAP.

Look into SAP Note 548699 - FAQ: OS collector SAPOSCOL

7th point will help you in removing/releasing shared memory

Hello,

you did not mention you OS, SAP and DB release, anyway I would check for newer kernel as well as saposcol on SAP marketplace.
