I think this a very different kind of question.
SAP BW and Warehouse managemenet are two totally seperate things with really no relation at all.
SAP BW - Business Warehouse - this is used for reporting.
Warehouse Management : This is used for managing stocks at your warhouse / Godown / Plant in a structured manner.
