Can global container variable values be used for different messages.

Hi Experts,

Can i set the global container variable value in one message mapping and use the same value in other message mapping.

consider in message1 there is specific field A but in message2 this field value is missing which i need to map to target.

is it possible to set this value field A in message1 and use this value from global container in message2 if the field is missing.

Hi Umer,

As per my understanding Global container variable enables you to cache the values that you want to read again when next call any user-defined function that is in the same message mapping.

No, you cannot use in different mappings.
