Dear All,

I hav problem while creating PO if line item is more than 500 its giving error message "TOO MANY PO-LINE IN MM Document <POno.> ".

Message No. : FI899.

In FI msg class i search 899 but it contains only place holders, not able to get from where that msg is issuing.

Plz help in this regard.

Dear,

It is not an error but standard SAP setting,

In any sales or Purchase document there can only be 499 line items at the most

because for every purchase document there will be Finance Document and there can be at the most 999 line items in one FI document

For every Line Item there will be 1 DEBIT and 1 CREDIT entry

As 1 FI document can have 999 line items hence for 1 PO or SO can have 499 line items only.
