Account assigned PR or shopping carts not appearing in SOCO

Hi All,

I am working in SRM 7.0.

When I am creating PR with account assignment in ECC and transferring to SRM as shopping cart , it is creating PO in SRM and not available in SOCO.

Also when creating Shopping cart in SRM with account assignment it is trying to create follow-on document in backend and not available in SOCO.

In SPRO I have maintained "Always sourcing carried out" in Sourcing -

> Define sourcing for product categories.

Kindly help me to resolve this issue

How it creates a PO ? is PR has valid source of supply?

if you have a valid source of supply , what is the objective to bring the PR into SRM.

little confusing here.

Are you in Classic scenario or ECS?

Hi Muthu,

I am in Classic scenario with PDP. I have not assigned any source of suppy in PR or Shopping cart.

Even though system is trying to create PO , and PO is in error in process due to required data missing.

Check with sourcing settings

Define sourcing - Double check

for testing

sourcing carried out for items with out assigned source of supply.

I have checked all the SPRO settings again and again.

I am using same material for acoount assigned PR as well as direct material PR. Direct material PR or Shopping cart is appearing in SOCO but account assigned PR of same material is not appearing.

In olden days of SRM , we forcily assign account assignment for PR which do not have accounting data in the PR to create a successful SC in SRM and remove the account assignment while creating a PO in the backend.

but since your in SRM 7.0

and also you made ensure that your PR has account assignment but it is not sitting in the cockpit.

and your shopping card trying to create a PO and failed right?

since it has incomplete data , how PO is creating. How system can create a PO without vendor.
