Fixed Period and calculation value in contract

Hi,

I have defined a Quarterly period with following settings.

The following are the selections made in Frequency while creating a contract.

Fixed Period : ZQUAT u2013 Quarterly period

Prorated : Contract or Rental Object Start and End, Prorata

Amt reference : Monthly Amount

Calc Method : By Year

Payment Form : In Advance

Due Date : Standard

Start / End : Move Due Dates at Start and at End

Monthly rent is Rs 315000/- and it is charged quarterly.

The contract is from 01.11.2009.

I am getting the value of rent for the period 01.11.2009 to 31.12.2009 as 631726.03 instead of Rs 630000/-

I want the rent to be calculated considering monthly rent of Rs 315000/-

Kindly guide as to which setting needs to be done to get the rent for 01.11.2009 to 31.12.2009 as 630000/-

The system was behaving correctly as per the settings. Hence, I am closing the question.
