Cancelling Transfer Orders

Hi

Can any one tell me how to cancel the Tansfer oder

brief:-

I had created sales order, delivery(picked and packed and PGI ) and done invoice also.

Now the user wants to cancell the every thing as he has delivered some wrong parts

waiting for ur valuable answers

If you use handling units, then you need to do following.

After you reversed the PGI, you need to go into the delivery packing screen and select the HU's and click the button to the right for unassign HU's. Then you can use the menu otpion to copy pack quantities to delivery quantities. This sets the delivery qty to zero and unpicks the delivery. You can then either delete the delivery or reset the delivery quantites as required.

Hi

Please find the steps below

Cancel the Billing document-----VF11 and

Reverse the PGI (Post Goods Issue)----VL09 the system will transfer the stock in shipping area deliveries(916) in WM

Delete the Delivery document -

VL02

Then you can transfer the stock from 916 to own storage type through LT10

Hello,

You need to reverse documents in folowing sequence.

1. Cacell invoice- vf11

2.Reverse PGI - vl09

3. cancell packing/habdling units if in document flow.

4. Cancell transfer order or undo picking as the case may be

5. Cancel delivery

6. Change sales ordere as required.

Dear ,

For the first need to cancel Invoice Use TCODE-VF11 and

To revese PGI Use Tcode-VL09 and for cancel transfer order

Use Tcode- LT15 for non confirm Transfer order.

Use Tcode-LT0G for confirm transfer order.

delete Delivery document use Tcode-VL02 and click on tab OUTBOUND DELIVERY --DELETE before doing the same u need to unpick the material in delivery document.
