Print outs not coming to the desired printer

Hi All,

We are facing a problem regarding tagging printers. We have setup 2 tagging printers let us say ABC & XYZ, in our landscape where the IP's of both the printers are the same. While configuring at the SAP level we have given different ports at the UNIX level. Our issue is, Printer XYZ is functioning properly and the outputs are coming as desired. But when the end-user trying to print to ABC, the outputs are coming to XYZ not to ABC. Why this so ? My UNIX team said that they have configured different ports for the printers. Please throw me some light, to overcome this problem.

Hi,

first, try to print from OS level for ABC and XYZ. what is the result for both printers ?

if from OS level you are able to print with desired printout, please take a look on SPAD configuration, have you assigned correct configuration for ABC and XYZ ?
