Contract creation with reference to PR

Hi there,

We are in SRM 7.0, we are creating contracts from accepted bids.

The problem is that the contract created via idocs BLAORD and COND_A are not related to the purchase requisition.

How can we do to relate the contract to the purchase requisition? What segements of the idoc has to be filled?

What is the process are you folloing?

PR-SC-BIDINVITATION -BID-CONTRACT .Is this contract GOA /PCTR or CCTR?

Yes, the process is:

PR-SC-BIDINVITATION -BID-CONTRACT directly in ECC (no contract document in SRM)

I am using a copy of PCTR as Contract document type.

We use Badi BBP_DETERMINE_LOGSYS to determine backend system.

Hi Eze

I think PR reference is not required in Contract.

i will confirm you this evening.

I dont think there is no field in the contract w.r.t SC or PR .

Contract is a External document which we may send to supplier via smartform so this PR reference is not required for them.

for eg. create a Contract in cockpit w.r.t sc but no SC reference in the contract.

Hi Muthu,

There is a field in ECC Contract to relate the PR. Goto to ME33K -- Goto Menu Position -- Statiscs -- General --In that screen you will see the Purchase Requisition field for relation.

Yes. it is there. plz check with SAP . They might help.in your BLOARD message idoc . are you carrying this PR value?

for eg. PR-SC-cockpit-GOA- Dist GOA to ECC. in this contact also NO PR value .
