Can not create a sdn userid, going to same page again and again

Hi,

I got my S000 ID from certification, by using which I have logged in to sdn. When I try to shop/buy some thing it is saying I need to use some public id. I created a new userid one but when I try to logon, it is not letting me to to goto any page. Any one of you able to create a new user id on sdn. Can you give me the email of the admn where I can send a mail with screenshots

The mail ID is sdn (at) sap (dot) com...

What were you trying to buy on SDN??
