Tax in Pricing Procedure

Hi All

I create 2 Sales Order with 1 customer (2 difference Division) and only a Pricing Procedure but one Sales Order have tax and another don't have. I already check Tax Classification in Material and Customer but don't have any problem.

I check in Sales Order miss Tax in Condition system have error:

"Assess not executed ( Requirement 007 not fulfilled)

The requirement 007 was assigned for this access in the access sequence. This requirement was not met in the preliminary condition step and so the access was not executed.

You can use Additional information to display the requirements to be used."

Could you please tell me how to fix this error.

delivering goods from same plants or different plants for 2 sales orders

Thanks for you suggest. My problem is one material have Delivery Plant, another material is don't have it -> if don't maintain Delivery Plant, Tax not coming
