Create a one time customer.

Dear Gurus,

I need to create a one time customer. so i do it by trx XD01 and select account group CPDA (One time customer).

But when create a sales order with the one time customer, system shows following error messages:

"Customer belongs to customer group CPDA and thus cannot be the sold-to party

Message no. VP304"

Can anybodt help me with one time customer setup?

Hi

Check the partner determination procedure fot this account group.

I think sold to party function is missing in sales area tab in customer master

go to VD02 or 03 check and let me know, if not there do it in partner function procedure assignment - account group in SP

let me know its works ot not

It's probably the assignment of the accountgroup to the partner function. Under:

Sales&Distribution

>Partner Determination

>Set up Partner Determination

>Set Up Partner Determination for Sales Document Header

>Account Groups-Function Assignment

Remarkably CPD is set for the Sold-to function in the standard delivery, but CPDA is not.
