STPO Delivery Creation

Dear All,

While creation of delivery for Stock Transfer Order through VL10B, VL10D. All the Items in the Stock Transfer Order are created in the Delivery irrespective of Whether the stock of the same is available or not.

Our requirement is to create delivery of only those items in STPO for which Stock are available in the System.

Please suggest the Changes.

Hi

Sales order to delivery copying is controlled by copy controls

But PO to delivery there is no copy controls

It is the standard functionality of SAP that all the data mainly line items in PO will get automatically copied in delivery during background delivery creation

Availabilty check happens in ME21N during PO creation which you can see while doing transaction ME21N itself that there will be a message status bar as Availabilty check being carried out

During config itself we assign checking rule to delivery type and supplying plant

But it doesnot stop that items being copied in to delivery document for which stock is not there

As per standard functionality of SAP, if stock is not there, then delivery qty will not come in delivery doc ( you can check in VL02N) but that line item will be flowing with blank delivery qty

You need ABAP development to control, if stock is not there, then that line item should not come in delivery at all

Dear,

Need to activate ATP for item category for the same use followin path,

SPRO-BASIC FUNCTION - AVAILBILITY CHECK & TOR - AVAILIBILITY CHECK -DETERMINE PROCEDURE FOR EACH DELIVERY ITEM CATEGORY( DOUBLE CLICK) and maintain

and retry the process.

Hi,

Check in view V_TVLP_V (tcode SM30) if for the type item for delivery NLN si working the ATP. Do the same for the schedulle in view V_TVEP_V. You can see it in the IMG for SD / basic functions / ATP.
