Apply Java packages using JSPM

Hi

After applying ABAP support packages to the latest, i try to start JSPM to install java packages on Solman 7.01 EhP1.

But i could not strart JSPM. The output of D:\usr\sap\SMS\DVEBMGS00\j2ee\JSPM\go.bat is

D:\usr\sap\SMS\DVEBMGS00\j2ee\JSPM>java -version

java version "1.4.2_13"

Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition (build 1.4.2_13-b06)

D:\usr\sap\SMS\DVEBMGS00\j2ee\JSPM>go

Current log directory is D:\usr\sap\SMS\DVEBMGS00\j2ee\JSPM\log\log_2009_12_29_1

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/sap/sdt/jspm/main/Jspm

Also i could not execute StartGui.bat... which results an error ...

Connection to the JSPM could not be established, see following messages.

Could not connect to host local host on port 6240.

Kindly advice how to fix this.

Naveen,

Were you able to use JSPM earlier?

Are you executing JSPM on local server where SAP is installed?

If not, try that.
