subnetwork asssignment error

I have created and release maintenance order , which I am trying to assign as a subnetwork.but system is giving follwoing error.

System error: An invalid transaction was used to check whether or not a business transaction is allowed. The transaction 'Create subnetwork' is not allowed for object type 'PP/PM: operation'.

you cannot assign a PM order as a subnetwork - it has to be a network activity (PS object)

I have succesfully assigned the PM order as subnetwork.So far I understand PM order also can be seen in PPB.However I cannot see it.

You can assign a PM order as a subnetwork in PS, not in PM and then it is visible in PPB

In PM order in the additional data tab the subnetwork has to be PS network
