disp+work.exe ended

Hi,

This is samrat chakraborty. I am a basis guy from a organisation. I have a sap 4.7 server with oracle 8i which are running on widows 2003 server. But i have got a error. when i am going to up the sap instance it shows msg server is up but dispatcher+workprocess end. I am trying to up it. i am sending a workprocess developer trace.

Plz check it & give me a feedback

Your Databse is not started.

I have a sap 4.7 server with oracle 8i which are running on widows 2003 server

Oracle 8i is not supported on Windows 2003 Server.
