problem occured during XI installation

When we are installing XI

while creating logical system in (TCode SALE) we are getting the following error

"No changes for user SAP* allowed"

need to rectify this problem. Really appreciated if you suggest me solution.

User DDIC or create another user in SU01 and assign SAP_ALL & SAP_NEW profiles.

SAP* and DDIC are super users and for some operations system does not let make changes with these users.
