Hi, Marcelo!

It' s quite simple:

JCo is a toolkit allowing Java applications to communicate with any SAP System providing an API for Java to SAP System as well as SAP System to Java calls.

.Net Connector does the same, but for .Net applications.

Which interface you use depends on which language you are programming in.
