Hello

I installed SAP NW 7.01 EHp1 Sr1 ABAP+JAVA Instance.

for example:

1) ABAP

instance: ABC

sys: 10

2) JAVA

Instance BCD

sys 12

when i was configuring Java, i typed the NW ABAP details about authentications:

system number: 10

Host: SAPXXX

Client : 001

then i putted other details of users and password like

j2ee_admin, j2ee_guest, sapsff where i had to create in 001 client.

evertying finished good.

but,

now im going to create new client in ABAP instance : client 100 (copying from 001 or 000), and i want to user this to developments

i want to know what i need to change in ABAP or Java Instance for I work with client 100, having same stuffs as 001, for dont create another problem of parameters.. etc etc..

or,

Do I need to reinstall everything again?

Regards,

Amit

Hi Amit,

You can change the Java UME client settings in configtool.

Refer to below thread

http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw70/helpdata/en/db/8b9b801df84aaaa76bdbcbc0b9725f/content.htm

Which product of Netweaver have you installed ?

Hi Amit,

I still ask you which product of NW ? (like PI,EP,BI)

For PI there are seperate set of steps you need to carry for changes in client.

Any other product i think that should be ok. Please refer installation guide and specific post installation sections.

For the other query...please refer below link.

Cheers....,

Thx again for your reply.

Its for BI and EP.

There is any good documents describe how to make a connection and publishing BI Reports (WAD) on EP Portal ?

Amit
