VKM1 transaction variant

Dear experts,

I would like to disable (hide) the releasing button in the VKM1 transaction, so that user can't release the order from credit block, but through z transaction. VKM1 transaction is needed for checking other details.

Can any one tell me whether it is possible to disable / hide the release button through transaction variant.

I tried it, but it didn't work in 4.6C.

Inform the Basis Consultant to remove the authorization of VKM1 for particular UserID and provode authorization for 'Z' transaction code.

Hi,

Try with the auth. object V_KNKK_FRE. Set it in PFCG and give him/her only permissions to view documents (activity 03), not to change them.
