Resource not saving in the Live cache.

Dear Experts,

I am having problem with resources.

Using /n/sapapo/rest02 I am trying to save the resources to livecache. It is also not throwing error message. Only the traffic light is turing yellow.

Because of these unsaved resources, we are unable to create planned orders in CTM. The error thrown by CTM is as follows -

Order 000000000000: Activity in liveCache was scheduled differently from CTM

Message no. /SAPAPO/CTM1447

Diagnosis

In the following cases, the scheduling of activities in the liveCache can vary from the result in CTM planning:

You use time-continuous resources with a rate of resource utilization that does not equal 100 %.

You have specified a break duration for the resources.

Procedure

Ensure that you have not specified a break duration for the resources used in CTM planning, and that you have specified a rate of resource utilization of 100% for time-continuous resources.

Checked the resources. The utilization is 100% and no downtime.

Please let me know if you have any inputs on the issue.

Hi,Please check if that resource is assigned to model ' 000'

Hi Sushant,

Check the below two causes

1) Whether any order is created or activity is scheduled by CTM outside

PPM validity period

2) CTM version is newer than the system version

Check and implement sap note 371768 or 1232560 whichever is

relevant for your scenario

Hi Kishore / Vinod,

No breakdowns in resource. Master data cons check - no issues.

I tried to save non-existing resource to livecache. But its not successful. The process went through without throwing error message and traffic light in T-code /n/sapapo/rest02 is yellow. Could not proceed further from this and also could not identify the reason for this.

Hi Sushanth,

Go to /SAPAPO/REST02 give the resources and planning version in the input.]

select the Only inconsistency resources. At action to be executed check existence in LC. If the resource is not there in LC then select Save Non-existent resorce in LC or you can select save selected resouce in LC.

Hi,

Have you checked the 'Time cont cap' tab for the resource? The 'Break Duration' should be null. Also, please run a CTM master data check and correct the inconsistencies identified.
