Hi,
I've created a OTC (one time customer).
When I am creating my sales order for the OTC, a new screen is showed to fill data's customer. I need setup some fields mandatory.
I've tried change Account Group for OTC, but field become mandatory only for create a new OTC Master Data, not in sales order creation time.
How can I setup on sales order creation time some fields mandatory for OTC ?
Best Regards.

Hi,
Create Transaction/screen varient by t-code SHD0
Transaction Code - VA01
Transaction Variant -
Here you can make changes which fields should be visible, which are reuired, which are optional.

Hi,
I'm looking for a solution for this too, I want to make field TAX CODE 1 mandatory in that screen.
As a temporarly solution I've made a check in MV45AFZZ user exit_save_document, if the filed is not filled it returns an error mesage and not allowing to save document.
If you find a much better solution to set a field mandatory in that screen please post it.

Hi
You can change the screen layout by going to T-code SHD0
After that u will activate the transaction variant
Assign the transaction variant to the sales document type -VOV8

Thanks Kapil and Damu,
But this is not my problem.
I need change the layout for a new screen that is showed when a fill Sold-to party with a One Time Customer in VA01, not change layout for VA01 screen.
I found that i have to set in One Time Customer Master Data a field called Reference Account Group, but it didn't work.
I've already opened a ticket at SAP about that.
Best Regards.
