while starting sap system Dispatcher is grayed out here is the content of the dev_disp trace file

Hi,

As mentioned by Kasi, you have to unlock the user SAPSR3, with the below statement.

ALTER USER SAPSR3 ACCOUNT UNLOCK;

If you still face some issues, update the the message.

Looks like the connection to Oracle failed. Have you tried bringing up the DB?
