Error calling up user interface components

Hello expert,

When I testing SCE and wprk areas with teansaction /sapapo/scc02, i got a error message as below,

"Error calling up user interface components" and Message no. /SAPAPO/SCC032

I check notes 396020, but can not correct this error message still.

Does someone meet the same issue ? and tell me how to slove this issue.

I am also facing the same error for PPM in APO in tcode sapapo/scco2.
