Error Message in repair order

Hi,

I created a service order from a sales document (repair order).

But this message appear : Field 'Equipment number' must still be filled

*The field &1 has been defined as a required entry field in your company, *

but is still empty

What's missing ?

When i can add the equipment ?

When a try to release the service order..This message appear.

Hi,

To create Service order from Repair order you must fullfill all data in OISD,

T-code OISD don't speciefy refrance Type,

Reference type when creating PM/SM order automatically

The reference type determines whether you can or must specify a technical reference object when you create a service order automatically, or whether you can generate a service order without a technical reference object.

You can also define that a new reference object is created with the service order. However, this is currently only possible for pieces of equipment.

Hi Farakte ,

There is no refrence Type in the OISD...

The Error message still there.

I have to note that, the service order is created automaticaly. but when i saw in IW32, the order can't be released and the same message error appear.

the statues of the order is RELR Release rejected

In the service order, tab Objects, I saw my equipment there...And i still not understand the error message.

IN SFAC? the equipment were mandatory.

Go repair order , select the line itam , then select the extra, select the technical objects then enter appropriate equipment number, Then it will works

The message is different. It's related to the equipment number and not Field description...
