sale order currently being proccessed by user

using VA02 to change for a particular sale order (not for all),

Sales document 82857 is currently being processed (by user DESPATCH) message appears.

i have checked, no user is login with this particular user-id and also no other user is using this sale order number.

same problem existing since last night only for this particular order. this order is of large quantity and i cannot delete this order or using another order because all other planning is depending on it. please provide solution to sort out this problem. thanks in advance.

Hi,

That sales order might have got locked due to some reason.

Go in SM12 t code enter user name DISPATCH and see whether that sales order is visible as locked there.

using sm12 with user name DESPATCH, following information appears, can i delete this entry or to do something else.

i hope we are near to solve the problem.

Its seems it is locked since yesterday. Then nobuddy will be accessing it

Due to some technical reasons , this order number is blocked against this Login Despatch.

Kindly ask Basis to logout Despatch Login after informing to this Dept. regarding the same.

I have killed all sessions of this user and relogin with terminating all other sessoins of same login. but problem is same. kindly provice other method to check/clear buffers.

Do not Re-login with Login ID as Despatch for some time.Login with some different ID & try.

I have also tried from other user-id. this problem is since last evening. in mid-night offline backup also done. all buffer should have been cleared, but problem exists. is there anu function to clear buffers or something else. requirement to change some data in that order is necessary. pl provide any solution.
