Authorization Template for different users

HI Experts,

In my project , there are five modules FICO , SD , MM , RE , PS . There are End users, Key Users/Core users and Top management account in the system for each module. I need the authorization Profile template for each. So that I can create this profiles. Can anybody help me ??

hi ,

First of all try to know what are the required authorizations ...for each module

as you have said ..you have core users,high level users...so definitely even

in module wise you might be having research work as per which auth.should

be given to whom.one more thing try to take the help of already created standard

roles in the system (module wise).for other modules it is easy to take the help

of standard roles but for Fico and Controlling you need to consult the consultants

to provide the list as per what are the T.codes which they mostly ...work on.

I think you might be aware roughly that the tcodes.which start with

V---are for SD,

S---are for Basis and ABAP(barring) a few exceptions like PFCG

F and X---Fico,

K--controlling transactions

M and C ---say mostly MM and PP

you might ask .how to know the standard roles ..module wise so

goto PFCG --there in the role name give as SAPSD and click F4,

you will get all the relevant standard roles for SD,but in this way

for FICO it wil be difficult.Do more research work..in forums you wil

get more information.hopr this helps
