DELETE PR

Hi,

I want to delete a PR in QM .

The PR is generated for calibration,

when i try to delete it in me52n the delete symbol is grayed out.

How do i delete it.

I have deleted the PR which is already released, now i dont want to delet that, so how can i cancel the deletion of PR.

Hi

Have you created service PR?

Deleting a PR is nothing but "deleting the line item in the PR.

Slelect the line item & click on "Delete" ( bucket symbal).This will delete PR.( ME52N , select the item(s) and click the trashcan icon, then save.)

This will happen provided that no PO is created against PR.

I try to do the same thing but delete tab is grayed out,

Hi

make sure you are not in disply mode or else it is already deleted.

Also check all autherization onject is attached in your role.
