here i am post ing the requirement ,

RELIGNMENT-- I HAVE TWO TYPES OF CUSTOMERS-KEY CUSTOMERS(INDICATED BY ABC CLASS 'A' IN R/3 CUSTOMER MASTER) & SUMMARY ACCOUNTS (AGAIN INDICATED BY ABC CLASS FIELD IN R/3 CUSTOMER MASTER).

>SOME CUSTOMERS WHICH WERE PREVIOUSLY CLASSSIFIED AS SUMMARY ACCOUNTS (CUSTOMER CODE z99 IN APO) NED TO BE NOW IDENTIFED AS KEY CUSTOMER BY BUSINESS.

>THE SALES HISTORY & OTHER DATA COMIING FROM R/3 GETS ADJUSTED SUITABLY. RECOMMEND ACTION FOR ADJUSTING HE PLANNING DATA(STATISTICAL & BASE FORECAST). '

Hi,

The Re-alignment functionality should address the requirements.

The process consists of two major steps u2013 Maintenance of the realignment table and execution of the realignment run, resulting in:

Copying notes to the target characteristic value combination, providing that in doing so it does not overwrite an existing note.

Changes generated selections (not manually created selection IDs) to reflect the realigned characteristic value combinations. These selections are used:

To assign forecast profiles

To assign alert profiles

With consumption groups (descriptive characteristics)

Copies promotions, providing you delete the source characteristic value combination. When you realign a promotion, the system gives it u2018draftu2019 status in the new characteristic combination.
