I used TSM to backup R/3 several years ago. I remember it includes some entries in initSID.utl file. Now I forget the exact way to do it.
Would you please recommend some documents or blogs on the use of TSM for SAP?

Well, try going through these. I am sure u will get an idea how to make the changes to init<SID>.utl file

If you use Tivoli Storage Management you probably use it for filesystem backup... I'm pretty sure that the IBM TSM manual will cover the volume/filesystem backup details.
As far as I remember you won't find any documentation around as this is OS related
