Hi,
I have used multiple paragraph formats and character format in my standard text defined in so10.I am using this standard text in my smart form.
Pls advise whether it is recommendable.

Hi,
Yes You can assign smartstyles.
If you are using the same smartstyle, then you can provide the smartstyle in Global Settings->Form Attributes -> Output options->Style field, then no need to mention for every window or node.if not you need to mention Style as required.
After giving the Style name,for that text you just mention the Paragraph format in "Std paragraph" field.This format should exists in the Smartstyle which you have mentioned.

Yes , you can use these standard texts in your Smart forms.

It depends on your requirement. I dont see any harm here. Make sure that you have defined all the paragraph and characterformats correctly.
