issue in implementing travel management

hi

we r having 6 personnal areas and

6 employee groups in each personnal area and

6 types of expense rates are there for each employee group.

can any one give me an idea hw to configure in this situation.

I think you cannot group based on PA, EG. I think you can group based on cost center.

Configure the folowings:-

Tables :V_T706I,V_T706J ,V_T702C , V_T706Y

Define Statutory M/A Reimbursement Groups

Define Enterprise-Specific M/A Reimbursement Groups

Define Employee Grouping for Travel Expense Types

Define Employee Grouping for Travel Management
