Hi,

my sales order shcedule lines are not confirmed. because there is no stock. The requirements have been t/f to MRP and the stock will be available in 7 days time. My questions are :-

1) after 7 days when the stock is available, how will I allocate the stock to sales order so that I can do the delivery ?

2) How can the system automatically allocate the stock to sales order without manual intervention ?

Hi,

http://help.sap.com/erp2005_ehp_04/helpdata/EN/dc/3d8a669e3011d194e400a0c9306794/frameset.htm

...

In the schedule line screen for the sales order items there are fields for the committed quantities and dates.

In a normal sales order, the commitment date results from the first availability check. If a second availability check results in different data, you can compare the two to see if the availability situation for a sales order item has improved or deteriorated.

...

You can use run rescheduling to get the new schedule lines:

Transaction: V_V2

Program: SDV03V02

Please also check OSS note 549064.

Just a remark:

If your stock will be available after 7 days why don't you set you ATP check to consider this? In this case you could avoid rescheduling.

Csaba

When ever you deliver the stock as per the Delivery Date for the Confirmed Quantity, check the item Availability.

Else you can re-schedule as per the Stock assigned to the Sales Order. The easiest way is to run the ATP Check.

Hi

You need to schedule the rescheduling job program SDV03V02 once in a week or bi-weekly to allocate the stocks

to the respective sales orders
