Quality certificate for delivery

Hi Gurus,

I want to print quality certificate for delivery. I have done following settings.

1) I have maintained certificate profile in QC01 with form QM_QCERT_01. Assigned inspection characteristics to be printed.Assigned material to profile.

2)Released & saved the profile.

3)Created profile assignment to combination of material/customer.

4)Created certificate receipent in VV21 for output type LQCB.In communication tab assigned the form & maintained output device.

5)In customization in define condition types for output determination for LQCB assigned form QM_QCERT_01. In partner function assigned function is SP.

6)In edit output determination procedure for header output maintained output type LQCB with requirement 12.

In certificate profile if i click on certificate view & enter the delivery no & item system shows me the certificate print preview.But when i try to create certificate for delivery throgh transaction QC20 it is giving me message No Data for Initial Processing.

Please suggest where i am going wrong.

Dear Amith

Has the PGI of the delivery document done. if not please do it and then check in QC20 by changing the processing mode as 1 & 2. if still not working please check your settings again and create a fresh delivery and check

Dear Gajesh,

In QC15 i have

1) Assigned certificate profile to Material / Customer Combination

In VV21 i have

2) For LQCB output type for sales organization/ Customer combination maintained following settings

a) Customer : Customer no.

b) Function : SP

c) Partner: Customer No.

d) Medium: 1 (Print Output)

e) Date & time : 3 (Send with application own transaction)

F) Language : EN

In communication tab i have maintained following settings

A) Output Device : Lp01

B) Activated checkbox Print Immediately.

c) Storage Mode: Print Only

D) Form: Qm_Qcert_01

Dear Amith

Please do not enter manualy LQCB in the item output in VL02N. If your settings are correct LQCB has to come automaticaly there.

Delete the LQCB and then save. then recheck vl02n for lqcb updation.

Please do the following config setting

1) In config SPRO> QM> Quality Certificates > Output Determination > Output Determination Procedure > Edit Output Determination Procedure > maintain LQCB in V20001 (Item output ) with requirement 12

2) Also in the same node Assign Output Determination Procedure to Delivery Item Category > in this against item category maintain output determine procedure V20001.

3) Now check in VL02N > Extras > Delivery output > Item> Lqcb entry has come

Hi Gajesh,

Thanks for your reply. I have maintained settings as suggested by you. Also in VL02N i checked for LQCB entry. Initially the entry was not there so i manually maintained LQCB as output type with function SP. Still the system is giving me the same message . Also in delivery for header output status is red & for item output status is Yellow Pls. Suggest.
