Check to make sure that you maintained the right key for the WBS element Change it, if necessary.
could someone give me some ideas about this problem.

Hi I
I have simulated your Error Message.
I think you are passing WBS Elements Object number in CJ88 -POSID field.
Please check conversion for Object number to WBS Element again in CJ88
Hope this will help

hi,
i have checked the coding mask, there are two proid: y and z,
but my wbs element startswith 0,
i am sorry for making you confused,
my wbe element is 091004_manage_cost,
PR00000312 is its ojbect number,
when i run cj88 again, i found there are two error messages
1:
WBS element 091004_manage_cos does not exist
Message no. CJ021
Diagnosis
WBS element 091004_manage_cos does not exist.
System Response
Processing stopped.
Procedure
Check to make sure that you maintained the right key for the WBS element Change it, if necessary.
2:
WBS element 0910004_MANAGE_COS does not exist
Message no. ABPS021
see that T is missed, the error is 0910004_MANAGE_COS does not exist , not 0910004_MANAGE_COST
0910004_MANAGE_COS ( length is 18)
0910004_MANAGE_COST ( length is 19)
then i added another wbs element called 0910004_MANAG_COST( the length is 18) , when i run cj88, it is ok, no error message appeared
is there any length limited for wbs element ?
could anyone share some ideas with me?
thanks in advance,

You need to check two things in PRPS table
1. WBS for which you are running CJ88
2. ( Suppose you are settling cost to WBS) in that case check that Receiver WBS

Check if you have the WBS element in existence. Otherwise check if settlement rule is maintained for WBS element. Got to MENU > Edit > Cost > Settlement Rule.

hi Nitin,
the wbs element exists in the PRPS,
i use wbs element to collect the cost and at the end of month , i will do settlement,
the cost is from working-hour that means i use CAT2 to input working hour and use CAT7 to transfer the cost to CO,
hope you can understand what i said and gave some suggestion.
thanks,
