Hi,
Previously we had TREX 7.0 installed on Windows Server. Currently installed TREX 7.0 on AIX.
We need to restore the indexes from TREX Server on Windows to TREX Server on UNIX.
We had exported the indexes in the TREX Server on Windows and transferred the backed up indexes on AIX Server in the path /usr/sap/<SID>/TRX##/backup/
Now when trying to "Test Import" the indexes in TREX Server on AIX from OS Level we are getting the following error:
<hostname>:<sid>adm> pwd
/usr/sap/<SID>/TRX00/exe/python_support
<hostname>:<sid>adm> python importManager.py --indexId=ddb7ace70393a6f1a5b900110a5f0666d31620 --testOnly=1 --importPath=/usr/sap/<SID>/TRX00/backup/index
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "importManager.py", line 1, in ?
import NameServerPy
ImportError: 0509-022 Cannot load module /usr/sap/<SID>/SYS/exe/run/TrexBase.so.
0509-150 Dependent module libicuuc.so could not be loaded.
0509-022 Cannot load module libicuuc.so.
0509-026 System error: A file or directory in the path name does not exist.
0509-022 Cannot load module /usr/sap/<SID>/TRX00/exe/NameServerPy.so.
0509-150 Dependent module /usr/sap/<SID>/SYS/exe/run/TrexBase.so could not be loaded.
Note: The indexes are backed up from TREX Server on Windows Platform.
The question I want to raise, whether we can restore the TREX indexes from Windows Platform to AIX Platform.
Kindly give suggestion. Looking forward for your reply.
Thanks,
Soumya
